INFORMATION FOR CHINESE VISA

We understand that obtaining the necessary visa can sometimes be a complex process, so we've compiled essential details to assist you in your visa application journey.

Applying for a Chinese Visa:

Conference participants who are not Chinese citizens will need a Chinese visa to enter China. Conference participants can apply for a visa at the Chinese embassy or consulate in their respective regions. To mitigate uncertainties, we strongly advise applying for a visa well in advance. It's recommended to initiate the application process at least one month before your intended travel dates.

Visa Types Relevant for Conference Attendees:

1. Chinese Business Visa (M Visa): This visa type is ideal for individuals attending conferences, seminars, exhibitions, or business meetings in China. An invitation letter from the conference organizers is required for obtaining a Business Visa.

2. Tourist Visa (L Visa): Attendees also have the option to apply for a Tourist Visa, suitable for those engaging in non-business activities during their stay in China. An invitation letter is not mandatory for obtaining a Tourist Visa.
